Some of the foods causing cancer which we eat in our daily life

  • Genetically Modified Organism(GMO) foods where the gene changes and mutation is done in the food to get increased number rather than good quality.(eg., Corn,Soy)
  • Microven foods(Pop corn
  • Processed meat
  • Red meat
  • Refined white flour,
  • White sugar
  • Farmed fish(Salmon)
  • French fries, Potato chips
  • Hydrogenated oils
  • Tinned or canned foods
