We often hear news of how a food or specific nutrient “causes” cancer. Is this a valid statement? To answer this, address where in the three steps of carcinogenesis foods/nutrients are most likely to have an effect. Provide specific examples to support your answer.

Some of the foods causing cancer which we eat in our daily life
For example Fat the source of energy lets see how it afects the body after consuming
The fatty foods produces peroxide and other reactive form of oxygen leading to DNA damage,increase secretion of sterole metabolite in gaut leads to tumorogenesis,There is increased secretion of Prostaglandin which leads to cancer
The addition of Preservatives to store the food for longer days as a direct effect on the body day by day.
Hence this is a valid statement that foods arespecific foods are causing cancers.
