Solutions

Expert Solution

The company can incorporate following changes :

1. Promote wider cultural Intelligence which means making people, especially in managerial roles understand how a person's culture affect their work.On understanding these patterns, managers can then work more efficiently with the people by dealing with them according to their cultural bent.

2. Incorporate changes in culture: The culture itself changes over time. So policies need to be updated regularly according to the new norms of the worker's updated culture. Just thinking that company has been following norms according to the old culture habits would not be wise. These norms need to change with time.

3. Worker Integration could also be promoted by making the workers more aware and inclusive of each other's cultures not just at the higher management or management level but also at the shop floor. This increases contentment, feeling of acceptance and inclusion among the employees. Wherein Major festivals could be celebrated for each cultural group.
