Its give highest priority to individual .it's mainly focused on self determination and the search for meaning The concept search for meaning means what should be highest priority , goal and how to make significant of this lives where existentialist often concentring of individual rather then symptoms. This approch emphasis individual capasity to take rational choice and develop maximum potential.
