Cancer etc.

These are the main issues that we can see in our day to day life and the biggest reason behind them is our sedantory life style

For example ,if we discuss about Diabetes as a Heath problem everyone can see so many people in their daily life who are suffering from diabetes mellitus according to one of data in year 2015there were 415million people who were suffering from this disease and 90% cases of them were of diabetes mellitus type two. So there is a great need to improve this condition to make a health society

Diabetes militus this is nothing but increased blood sugar level of the patient that can be insulin dependent on non dependent it can be managed with a good life style, healthy eating and daily exercise. But if it is not treated well then it can lead to sever side effects like if it is type one diabetes then it can lead to diabetes ketoacidosis and if it is diabetes mellitus type two it can lead to diabetic neuropathy diabetic nephropathy etc.

If we have to plan a program for these people then we must figure it out the age group in which we are going to Implement the program for example type 1diabetes and in older people there is type 2 that is more common than we have to plan for treatment because In type one diabetes we have to give insulin
