Answer--Yes,Business is abusing its power with respect to invasion of privacy of consumers,recently there was case of leaking private personal informations of their users by a famous social media platform.Invasions of privacy of consumers includes by the business are---
1.Share of personal informations registered by the consumers .
2.Violation of sharing taste and prefrences of consumers to different search engines.
3.Sharing of private informations like height ,chest size ,health status of the consumers.
4.Sharing of customers mobile numbers ,profiles to the search engines.
Surveillance of consumers in the marketplace is not a fair and justified practice because it is violation of privacy of consumers in which businesses are saling and sharing personal details of the consumers by which there is increase in cases of threats,money frauds, mental problems to the consumers.
The sharing of personal contact numbers and addresses of the consumers is most questionable and violating practice.
