The corner stone of Christian faith is the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The purpose of Jesus coming to this world was fulfilled through his crucifixion. He gave his physical body as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind and redeemed mankind of their sin. His resurrection is the great victory over the sin, and through it mankind has attained salvation. Mankind has been rescued from the clutches of sin through the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The covenant that was lost due to Adam's sin was renewed by the sacrifice of Jesus at cross.

Salvation from sin could only be attained by God's grace and not by the work of human hands. It comes when one believes that Jesus Christ is Lord, he gave his life for and accept him as their savior. This salvation comes to those who have faith in him.

One who profess the Christian faith believes in the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. They believe that they have attained salvation from the sins of the mankind through Jesus Christ. They believe in the word of God that they have through the Bible. They commit to ways that are taught to through the life of Jesus Christ. Salvation is free to each and every individual, hence, its their responsibility to preach this Goodnews to the people around them.
