Working Hours- 10 am to 5 pm.The Switzerland employment law the normal working hours in a week should be maximum of 45 hours. Most of the companies in Switzerland offer their employees to work in flexible hours.
Annual leave in a year is minimum of 4 weeks.
Under the service law and employee can get a maximum of three weeks of paid sick leave in a year.

In Switzerland both the employer and employee have the right to give the termination letter. There is no special reason required for such an act. Although the main things should be considered is that it should not be abusive. Employees are not entitled to compensation when they are dismissed.
Salary -8000 swiss francs to managers and 4000 swiss francs to unskilled workers.
The minimum monthly wage for an unskilled worker is at least 3435 swiss Francs.
The rational for choosing all the above policies is it must comply with the labor laws and it has been done so.
