WHAT IS A LOGIC MODEL: A logic model shows what the program will do and what it is to accomplsh. The core of program is planning and evaluation. It contains an input, output and an outcome. An important barrier that need to improve the health care in logic model is medical technology( input). Output : We are living in a connected world, and most of the patients are readyto use digital techniques to improve their healthcare experiences. Doctors can show these tools on how to start to patients to improve their experiences. Outcomes: new technology should always starts with younger generations and filters upwards towards the upper generaton. It helps to provide a better care and experience to all the patients. It also helps the patient to know about the status and can easily get opinions from other health care providers. All patient data will be secured through this medical technology.
