Andy is the market manager of global auto company, the company actually deal with car manufacturing and they are deciding to expand there company by comimg up with product services as well. They are establishing there new model of product servicing. According to the manager the company should-

1- If company wants to establish there new model of product servicing, the product service is depended on the loyalty of the customer towards the company so we should focus on increasing the brand name and free of cost extra services should be provided to there customer who are purchasing there vehcile from that, This is one of the effective way to spread the knowledege about the service part through your customer and building trust of them.

2- Technology upgradtion or various machinery is to be organized in the workshop and labours should appointed in the wrokshop to provide better service to the customer.Provinding good service will lead to expansion of product service model and providing cheap service to there permanent custoomer, Customer is the person who actually spread the word to other about the service that you give to them so the main focus on this model should be given to the old customer who are the permanent customer of global auto industry.
