To be a good IT manager from my point of view:

He/she has to possess a strong leadership quality with better communication skills. Unless otherwise without better communication skills the requirements will not be reached to the IT professionals.

He/she has to have a clear vision and mission about the project. Then only the desired location can be reached easily with the help of team work.

He/she has to be a good decision maker under pressure situations and also able to handle it very politely.

Good IT professional form my view:

He/she has to posses strong technical and analytical skills and ready to be a learner.

He/she has to maintain the attitude. Have to play sincere work during the working time.

Able to handle multi tasking, and be communicative with all the co workers to maintain a healthy relationship among the players.
