Darr model of social responsibility was tied around Financial concern only.which are as follows-

1)protecting and enhancing/increasing assets(property/fund/resources) through providing with maximizing community benfeits.

it says doctors have to serve by giving good quality of services by reducing costs.for to achieve this step the physicians have to order the tests which are necessary by avoiding unwanted tests,which gives more benfit to the patient.But in this present generation the medical professionals are deeply contracted with technicains in terms of share in the profit by sending pateint to the particular lab or diagnosis center by writing as many as screening tests as possible.

2)Moral responsibilty and obligation to serve patients based up on health care needs only.

In some advanced countries the individual has to go for dental check up for every sucessive months to avail the benfit of insurance.But taking this as advantage some dentists are charging by using loop holes although the patient doesnt had need to correct the problem which causing a major challenge .

If we act based up on the need only (example-gastrits) then the other physicians and doctors(orthopedicians,dentists,surgeons etc) had to suffer a huge loss because of lack of profits from their field in that particular area.

3)Organization role in serving and protecting both government/public and private resources-

As medical profession in this present genertion is going hike in terms of money for the study and further maintainence an individual has to give more importance to his/her private practice or job rather than encouraging to government hospitals which results in less weigh to public sectors which results in distrubance of balanced organisation.
