1. Head Licensed Real Estate Broker: -A head licensed real estate broker will usually serve as the key overseer in any type of commercial real estate organizational structure.

2. Licensing Status Hierarchy:- This organizational structure revolves around real estate agents and brokers hired internally and ranked based on junior or senior status. Junior licensees who have obtained a basic license work under a senior real estate agent. In this structure, junior agents report directly to their senior agents.

3.Corporate Hierarchy:- In some cases, a commercial real estate company will structure itself as a corporation or trust. For instance, some real estate agents may deal only with undeveloped land contracts while others focus on hotels, malls or high-rises.

4. Independent Contractor Hierarchy:- In such a structure, contractors and the head real estate broker come to an agreed-upon compensation structure, but otherwise have no substantial liability toward each other. Independent agents work largely on their own, with access to certain resources and a small amount of guidance from the firm.
