As per my knowledge For redesigning a library in facility planning there will be a direct or indirect impact on the organization. The safety, requests, orders, permissions, regulations, deadlines, demands, etc of the organization. Greater importance is given to business strategic planning. So, It is better to link your planning to core business facility planing.

Design the library planning flexible and implementable manner based on the executing location.

Design the plan of library based on rules of vasthu. There are 4 steps for library in facility planning. They are

4. Executing. keeping all the factors in mind.
