Ethical code of conduct are the set of guidelines which are followed by every internal as well as external stakeholders of an organization. These includes moral beliefs, elements of the value system, virtue , moral character etc. of the individual and an organization.  

Now , we shall discuss some key points of an ethical code of conduct :

1) Our organization believes to be adopting such a governance system which will cater best hospital facility, ethical place for the stakeholders and promoting transparent business mile stones for its each stakeholders.  

2) Management will have to follow a code of ethics which will make each department more responsive toward the patients need .

3) Every employees including staff personnel must honored to each other.  

4) A code of ethics will be designed for the physicians as well as to the visiting doctors. It will help us form any contingency and emergency care.

5) Every professional must have to follow the hospital code of ethics. For example: They will have to provide care to the marginalized and poor family.

6) A patient centered log term facility will be implemented to the employees good behavior and attitude. It will increase the quality of the hospital chain.

7) Global practices like equal opportunity to each job seekers, equal pay , honest venture, integrity, and improved way of conduct will be given preference by the employees .
