Should public health and not-for-profit organizations set priorities for programs? Why?
Any Organisation that has been running is opened mainly for the purpose of the profits. This includes almost every private organisation. The organisations are mainly operated to earn profits rather than concerning about the public health as priority. There are many organisations that are running that play with the health of the public just to earn profits. These organisations mainly include food industries and other consumable items producing organisations.
Even the various entrepreneurships except social enterprizes that are opening now-a-days have the motives of profit as main priority rather than the health of the public. However, these enterprizes are so innovative that they reduce the adverse effects of their products on the public health.
However, if we talk about Governmental and NGOs than they are mainly operated for the benefit of the public health as priority and are not that much concerned about the profits.
