Decision making is of several types as random,intuition and analytical. Decision can be categorized as a programmed decision or an unprogrammed decision depending upon the prevalent scenarios and factors which influence the development of major decisions in life. When decision involves a greater risk and chance of deceive and dupe then it is called as a unprogrammed decision and manager can stop the decision and prevent the extension of such scenarios in life. Programmed decision depend upon the demand of the product in the market with necessity to create an order inventory for the successful implementation of products and projects in the market. It depends upon whether there is a need to re-order a product with improvements in lauching and manufacturing the products again according to the need of the market. It is used for model building and manufacturing of products in the market with rules and regulation in the market. Appropriate designing of the products should be analyzed in detail. It includes criteria of taking decisions, weight of evaluation, type and value of criterior used in making decisions in life. There is a trade-off between evaulation of design and environmental factors for designing a product with its effect on the environment.
