Similar to the HAA T model, the ergonomics model contains components that are multi faceted and interact with each other to facilitate workplace performance. At the hierarchy of both models the client and their demands are pivotal imports importants. The HAA T model is more geared for those with a disability who may need particular assistive technology. Conversely the ergonomics model is more geared towards workplace performance. Consequently any missed match between the activity demands contacts person and performance patterns will interfere with successful execution of task

The  HAAT model helps to understand the importance of assitive technology in the lives of person with disabilities. This model consist of four parts

• activity
• context
• human
• assistive technologies
•    It is mandatory to consider all the components while selecting, implementing and evaluating the performance of a client.

Ergonomics is usually used to find out the measurment of work done. It helps to asses many aspects like productivity andquality, job satisfaction, occupational health and safety and also personal development. The main aim of ergonomics is to make sure that working environment is good with the activities of the worker. Ergonomics helps to analyse the work place environment and to find out whether any modification or improvement is needed in working place and also asses the task performed by the workeres.

So I agreee that both models are designed to asses the quality of work place performance and also to help and protect the clients from any work place hazards.
