Expert Solution

Let us discuss the stakeholders involved in the scenario of a local park which is being converted into a COVID-19 testing site.

Internal Stakeholders: Since the park is to be converted, first of all, the internal stakeholders will be the park maintenance committee, Management Team of the entire project, including Top Management and subordinate admin staff, Doctors, Nurses and other testing staff. Since this process involves building of the site and cleaning of park, it will also involve a Building contracting company and its team members who are going to be involved in operating building /fabrication machines, plumbers, electricians, cleaners.

External Stakeholders:The patients, suppliers of medicines, testing machines, local government authorities, fire department, electrical, water and sewage departments. Since this pandemic is serious in nature, all these departments will have to participate as external stakeholders and all of these have to play a very important role in successful commissioning of the entire project at the earliest possible time on war footing basis so that the testing site can start immediately.

The most important stakeholders are going to be management team, doctors, nurses, cleaners as without them or without their full support, the project cannot even start. Ofcourse, all other departments and staff mentioned above are equally important, but, we can say the backbone of the project are these people.

Prompt: Coronavirus (Covid-19) is an enveloped virus. Enveloped viruses like Covid-19 are referred to as being “enveloped” because their virus particle is surrounded by a layer that resembles a cell membrane. The “Corona” part of coronavirus comes from the appearance of the virus particles under an electron microscope. Corona refers to “crown” or “wreath.” Proteins that stick out from the surface of the virus (called spike proteins) are responsible for the crown-like appearance. Questions 1 and 2 I need help...
