Expert Solution

Heroin is a drug and it is highly addictive. It can be taken in various ways as powder or injection. This drug is very dangerous and it causes physical problems as well as mental problems. Therefore it has been outlawed.

Prescription drug is not cause for the increase of addiction to heroin. The doctors use anti-drug dose and can easily free one from the effect of addiction in the unconsciousness of the patient.

But there are several factors that increase the addiction of the people to heroin:

  • It is easy available
  • There are many chains that spread heroin use among the children
  • Poppy is cultivated in many countries and therefore it is prepared very easily.
  • It is a lucrative business and many poor women are associated with the poaching of heroin.

In the war against drug the government must be careful to such factors. The effort should be taken from the international levels under the leadership of the UNO. In the developed countries it comes from other countries with the help of the drug poachers. So, the countries where is is produced should be more enthusiastic to stop the use of heroin. Otherwise it will ruin generation after generation.
