Internal recruiting is the process of filling vacancies and requirement of the organization within from its exisiting working people.
Benefits of internal recruitement :
1. Reduces the cost of hiring and time : For the selction of new employees, any firm needs to give advertisement, then they have to short list the candidates based on the qualification and experiences, then the organization want to conduct an interview , based on the interview the selection procedure continue to appoint a new person. This will take lot of time and it is expensive. If an organization is doing internal recruitment they can save money and time. It decreses the time to give counselling and traning to the employees.
2. Strengthen the relationship between the employees: If an organization is doing an internal recruitment it will help the workers to strengthen their relationship. Being part of an organization, he is aware of the in and out nature of the organiszation. What is the need of the organization, what is the nature of the character of each employee, internal economies, its competitive organization, areas of improvement. This will help the organization to increase their production of goods and services in limited time.
3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The prevailing employees skills, knowledge and abilities to solve different problems are maintained by the Human Resource Information System of the organization. This will help to appoint different persons in different designations from the same orgnization. New designations can be filled within the organisation and promotion can be given based on the data base and skill of the employees. If the recruitment is from outside, it will take time to convince his key result area.
