Glassware used for culturing bacteria - autoclave(a method through which the glassware will be sterilized at 121 degree celcius which will remove maximum microbes present in it by use of moist air) alternative option is use of hot air oven( an instrument which will remove microbes from the glassware by the use of dry air

B. Ground beef being sold in a store– boiling it completely prior to cooking

C. Orange juice –Steam infusion method can be used( during this method the liquid is allowed to pass throough a film that is pressurized stream atmosphere. this way the orange juice that come out of the film is free of microbes

D. Disposable syringes: once packaged and prior to use – :prior to use boil the needle for 30mins before use.

once used – bleach the whole syringe and before using it again sterilised the synringe in a flame til it is red hot.

F. Endoscope – it is dried with compressed air and chemical sterilant are used to rinse it imternally and externally.

H. Skin prior to a medical procedure it is cleaned with antiseptic solution( the skin cleaning is done to reduce the microorganism present on the skin and hence reduces thee risk of sugical wound infection)
