Crime is major global issue.criminal posses threat to live and property of human life . So in classical school defined five approch to deal with .it is propunded by Jordan . In Rationality , people have free will and commited crime .so crime is done mainly when are extremely necessity of that things but not available. In hedoism , people are committed crime for seeking pleasure and avoid pain.punishment work as detterent of crime. Punishment leads to think for not committed crime and avoid pain .where human Rights state that every individual have rights and socity needs to be protect this right . brutal tourture and inhumane Behavoir should not be part of punshiment.

So the global issue of unreasonablly harrsh to suspected convict can be solve through this classical school of criminalogy theory.

Rational choice of theory

So violation of Environmental rules and regulations , and consistently destroyed natural resources and contribute in cause air , soil and water pollution etc can be overlap of rational choice theory .because human deliberately doing this crime for their self interst. So human being rationally needs to think and take proper decision to deal with this global issue.
