There are several parameters in selecting investment opportunities. Price earning ratio, dividend yield very important source of information to investors before making investment decisions. Apart from the internal and external environment of the company should be analyzed. This is the fundamental analysis. As a company it have to deal with large group of stakeholder inside and outside the company. Th internal matter mainly regarding to the management and the policies created by the manangent will make a way for investment opportunity. A company that follows flexible dividend policy will be preferred by the investors than company providing irregular dividends. The employees play a huge role in the development of the company. Therefore decision concerned to them must be friendly this increase to the reputation of the corporate.

Apart from internal matter relating to the company the outside world is so wide and the things happening outside the company are beyond the control of the management. Hence before making a wise decision of investment the investor should consider the economic, social, political factors affecting the company. Especially having a look in country's approach towards foreign investment, taxation policy, etc play major role in taking better investment decisions.
