Ans). Motivation for Hospital Management System :-

Human body consists thousands of organs, bones, muscles, nerves, veins, etc. All of them have their role to play in our body. There is a protocol and functionality each of them has to follow for the proper functioning of a body. In a similar way, an organisation like hospital must have a proper management system to enforce protocols and rules to abid by. There is a need to develop an efficient Hospital management system to manage the smooth healthcare performance along with administrative, medical, legal and financial control. For example:- there are head doctors and junior doctors in a hospital. If two patients arrive, one with a medical emergency and other with a mild fever. Its very important to assign right doctors to right patients. On a similar note, the over all process of registration and payment should be quick to avoid any delay in treatments. Keeping in mind all these factors, we decided to put our contribution in this field.
