The employee or an entrepreneurs will have characteristics that will be beneficial for the organization as a whole. This is why even organizations prefer to have employees who have entrepreneurial bent of mind and employ them in their oeganization to ensure the innovative spirit of an entrepreneur is made available in the organizationbenefitting the people working under such entrepreneurial employees. This is why organizations focus very much whilehiring individuals andcheck for their traits which should align with that of entrepreneurial bent of mind.
