According to both the approch it can seek to minimize errors and losses through planning because from this decision is taken by fullproof evidence by proper analysis they can get a fruitful way to cure it.When new problem arises it require immediate action as per the problem not old cursury remedies.Best way is to follow processor in which first they have to search that where is the main greviences, make list of all and segregate each problem than solve them immediately with in a due date.
For example: If there is a problem in a purchase department regarding purchasing of material so we cannot jump to human resources department for recruitment problem we have to segregate each one from this an organisation can improve their decision making.

In an organisation basically all decision is taken by top level of management and then pass to middle level and lower level management.Here their is chances of creation of communication gap.For this manager can involve their employee for feedback that what did they understand by the given information.It will create a positive motivation factor that lead to growth of any organisation because manager have to give value to their employee it create trust among them within a workplace.
For Example: In an fruit crusher company before purchasing a machinery their is a need to involve the employee that which type of crusher is needed to achieve the task in a minimum time.

Politics exist in every organisation it give birth to fight among the employee and give a negative impact and create a negative thought between employee for example if Mr X is appreciated by manager just because he is a brother-in-law of his boss it create negative impact among other employee they feel bad and not able to give their full effort because of the thinking that what ever he/she will do all credit goes to Mr X only therefore every organisation have to keep strong eye over the activity and treat all equally appreciate each employee when needed and motivate them to move ahead in a positive manner.
