ISO9000 is a set of standards for all of the organizations internationally. ISO9000 is a system used for the management of quality and for assurance of quality for the international organization to manages the quality of their work or products. These standards are developed for maintaining the quality of the organization. There are particular sets of standards in which an organization has to comply, according to them, in order to get ISO certified. ISO standards are now increasingly applied to many organizations. Quality management is all about maintaining the quality of the work of the organization while seeing all the activities of the organization. Product quality is an essential part of the companies success in the market. ISO develops documentation that provides guidelines, requirements, specifications that are compulsory for products, services to fit according to their purpose. ISO documentations include sets of standards of how an organization has to manage the quality of the products and services. A document under ISO9000 is must know by a number of people in the organization to know their requirements. It starts with the upper management to assist the employees in keeping it organized.
The documents under ISO9000 include Quality Policy Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Records.
