Managed care Organization(MCO)offers covering the full continuum of care..It is commited to providing innovative, practical and cost-effective service for their clients. Managed care Organizations are designed as various health services..According to service utilization,Darr classified patients as light, moderate and heavy users..this light and moderate users have little financial outcomes on the MCO than heavy users..Therefore,heavyusers spend more than others, they will buy more products than others, they purchase and participate more than other light and moderate users..
?    This management turn the heavy users into light/moderate users by using some strategies..
Adverse selection and marketing:
?    MCO had a great demand in services and cost suddenly..so that many MCO cannot able to meet their demand so they increased the price of service suddenly..so this financial burdens makes the people to have misleading impression of reality in the services..
Service utilization:
?It classified as light ,moderate and heavy users that means some need more services than others..Because of this competitive environment among light, moderate and heavy users,MCO provide service limitations, reduction and deforments..It increases the users list more and financial and care of service demand can happened..Because of this situation MCO faiols to meet and satisfy the patients care with heavy users..
?Physician incentives:
? Modify or direct behavior makes physician's legal duty and Hippocratic oath(is an oath historically taken by the physician)it makes selfless and self interested sevices..So then this service authorization and treatment protocols judicious allocated..This makes judgement and makes relationship with patient and physician...this management system turns the heavy users into light and mederate users..

Inkjet printers can be described as either continuous or drop-on-demand. In a continuous inkjet printer, letters are built up by squirting drops of ink at the paper from a rapidly moving nozzle. You are part of an engineering group working on the design of such a printer. Each ink drop will have a mass of 1.2×10−8 g . The drops will leave the nozzle and travel toward the paper at 50 m/s, passing through a charging unit that gives each...
