Job rotation is a well-planned method of reducing the frustration of doing the same form of work every day and discovering an employee's latent ability. The method serves the function of the management as well as the workers. It allows management to discover employee potential and to decide what is best for him or her. At the other hand, it provides a person with an opportunity to pursue their own interests and gain experience in different fields of operations. Job rotation is seen as an important method to effectively execute the HR strategy. It is also the best place to settle workers where they can achieve the full output. This can be proven as the best option in today's intensely competitive environment to find the imminent replacement of a high-worth employee from within the company. Finding the most qualified people and moving them to take on higher-level roles is a difficult challenge. Job rotation helps HR managers figure out who can be replaced by whom and build an acceptable and beneficial match. A well organized and carried out a cycle of job rotation plays an important role in improving an organization's status and helps it cope with the unpredictable and tentative outer climate. Job rotation helps individuals to test their talents even in other divisions and learn from their fellow employees' expertise. Not all individuals are open to the concept of work rotation and believe that it is yet another waste of time. For years they're able to do the same kind of job as long as they get their wages and don't really think for other departments. The person is not in agreement with job rotation because they simply do not understand the mechanism and, most significantly, the importance of job rotation.
