To The Church,
Dear,
we, the human beings have been living amongst the chaos of greed, lust, materialism, false attraction of name and fame. There have been and there are a few humans who strived for the rest of the masses. As Mahatma (Great Soul) Gandhi says, " I must find my peace in the turmoil.", the maxim stands true in current times revealing the fact that love, affection, affinity, trust are the backbone of the sacred human life.
The one who is being followed possesses a sweet resposibility with him. The head which wears the crown is bound to be uneasy. The followers's love towards the leader and the leader's love in receprocation are the essence of the relationship.
The understanding and mutual care about each other creates a win- win situation. Even the greatest of the great leader is with drawbacks of a human being. There's a beauty behind this acceptance which gradually leads the leader to perfection.
"Work is love made visible" sats Khalil Gibraan. How true! If there's love overflowing from the heart of a leader, it will cultivate the generations to come. To love and thereby be loved is the first pre requisite of leadership. It is explained in Corinthians (Biblical Agape) that leaders must love those whom they are serving as leaders. This is possible when there's a strong base of character and integrity in the leader.
" LET THERE BE A BARTER SYSTEM OF LOVE BETWEEN A LEADER AND THE FOLLOWER." AAMEEN!!!
