European Organisations consists of major international organisations that are part of European integration. IOs or international organizations contribute in conflict resolution. This major objective of IOs is achieved by establishment of norms. All the members of European organizations must abide to these norms during mutual interactions. One major topic of concern in emergence of IOs is its role in creation of customs.

Acknowledging IOs resolutions as a new source of international law can have different magnitudes. These can be understood as follows:

· Interpretation of such resolutions:

International Law commission (ILC) addresses IOs role in generating new norms for resolution. It states that in certain cases, international organizations will also contribute in the formation/ expression of rules of accustomed international law.

IOs’ is believed to play a major role in resolutions during international conferences. It is made clear that resolution adopted by IOs during an intergovernmental conference cannot be undertaken as a rule. However, such rule can provide the basis of and can become an evidence for establishing rule of customary international law.

It also contributes maintaining relationships with other sources of Public international law (PIL) by playing a source of communication link. IOs also promote transparency that leverages relationship with other sources of PIL.

Apart from above mentioned consequences, IOs resolutions also play some major role in avoiding misperception and miscommunication. IOs also plays important role in mobilizing international resources. IOs resolutions can be evidence for state practice.
