It is a pseudo initiation stage that gives an inklink into the norms of the human scoeity.

Community:

Community helps shape the collective mindset and ideology of the individuals involved.

Communities helps in a common set of norms that helps keep individual behavior in check for a cordial development and living.

Religion:

Religions helps individuals a rock to hold onto during times of difficulty.

It helps give a semblance to people fo the society, which helps give the needed psychological support to live.

Government:

Government are important to maintain the decorum of a collective community and to keep the behavior in line and for the distribution of resources and/ regulation of those resources as Hobbes mentioned.
