  • Attribute is a property of software products and process. the software process include development, maintenance, documentation, managment and multiple instances of process.
  • Metrics is represented as attribute whose values are numbers. numbers can be integers and reals.

  • Metrics represent business's key performance indicator like Revenue, profit, employee head count.
