A wedding banquet is going to be held next week in a hotel. To have better preparation for this wedding banquet, the event department will hold a meeting tomorrow. Identify who should join this meeting. Regarding to EACH identified participant, illustrate ONE information from the banquet event order that they concern.

For planning a wedding banquet the following particpants are required-

Sound and Lightning Team so that they are aware of all the music and the light show. They are the ones who will be coordinating for the dances. How many mics are required, what songs are need to played all this has to be told before hand.

Food department - They are guided as to what is to be served in snacks and main course. They are to be informed when both the things need to begin and what should be the quantity for the same.

Bar Department- The head of this department is told about the soft drinks, mocktails and cocktails to be offered. The quantity and the brand is informed in advance.

Decoration Department - The head of this department is guided by the type of decoration required and what is the budget for the decoration. It may be decoration through lights or flowers and accordingly it is informed.

Video-grapher/ Photographer- They are the ones capturing the every moment and so are well informed as to what parts of the hotel/marriage are need to be covered.

Staff- The hospitality staff is guided about how the guests are to be treated and is told about the responsibility of serving food and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Event performance- The one coordinating with the performances is also a participant who is informed about the duration of the function and the timings.

At last the manager of the hotel who is supervising all the activities.
