Introduction :-
Before, starting explanation for the protection of free speech we must discuss what is free speech? Free Speech means to the right of speaking and giving suggestion freely . As, we are born in independent and free country no doubt we are having right to free speech. Now, the question is why we need so, then we need to protect Free speech because with the protection of free speech any common individual get the right for presenting there thought for any situations or topic.
For, example presentation of common people thought toward the action of our leader or union give another face to thing and allow us to know about the opinion of those people for whom are political leaders are working, its needed to be limit the protection of free speech for the sake of greater good because with protecting free speech so that everyone have right to present there thought on any topic.
When, we protect free speech then we also embrace deontology because some time to give a sense of others duty its required to remind all duty first , they may be our leaders, officers or social worker. And we also embrace utilitarianism when we decide to limited our free speach, because sometime without the limit people cross the proper to convey there idea infront of media or people. So, people also misuse there freedom of free speech which can also bring violence and distress in situation.. This situation can be political and personal to.
