In the purpose of Brand Management, following are the measure
should be taken by us that further can ensure that our objectives
have been achieved, these are as stated below:
- We should check Email marketing performance and collecting few
data on email marketing will help us to know how the brands are
penetrating in the market of target audiences, these are like Email
Open rate, Email delivery rate, Unsubscribe rate, Conversion rate,
number of share and click through rate. Once we started with email
marketing campaign, we can start all such measures over some period
of time.
- We will measure social media reach and how engagement is taking
place in social media platform. Social media growth can be measured
with the help of knowing number of followers on linkedIn, Twitter
and number of likes on Facebook, such measure can be done
throughout the project or organizational life cycle.
- We can also review sales growth, lead generation, number of
customers as retained over certain time, how is cost outflow
towards doing acquisition of customers, and we will also check
website traffic and lead conversation through web portal. All these
should be done throughout the project or organizational life
cycle.
