The first process in the scrum is to create the vision of the project and then finding or identifying of scrum master and the stakeholders is done. In the next process formation of group i.e scrum team is formed.

After this implementation of product backlog by lineup the product features chooses by the clients. And then conduction of release planning is processed.

In the sprint backlog process , the features are assigned to print. In the backlog process the expert team members implements the items, this process of backlog is repeated perday 24 hours for 30 days. Finally the product is released with new features and demonstrated at the end of the sprint.
