How is the Corona Crisis changing business culture?
If we talk about the corona crisis then it has not only changed business but has also changed the world permanently. The effect of the corona is seen everywhere and there is nothing that has unchanged. Coronavirus has come as in the form of the great depression.
It has affected business culture a lot and has almost brought it on hault. The business had squeezed into an online form. The apps have come into demand but the offline business have come to halt. Business are rapidly changing with the change in the needs and demands of customers. Risk such as business continuity, volume production, quantity control, real-time decision making, workforce productivity all are coming at same time and with a short span of time leaders have to come up with a solution. If we talk about the har core consumer industry then the crisis is constantly challenging how and what a customer buying behavior is varying frequently. This is accelerating the structural change within the organization. This pandemic has forced the business organization to find new ways of working with augmented and automated service. Now the business culture has focused it's shift from profit to how to reduce loss and sustain in the long term. Contact centers have become more crucial along with contactless service. The leaders are more focused on how to maintain trust if the their people . Sharing plans and transparency has become very crucial.
Hence we can say the coronavirus has change business culture right from it's foundation to the end result.
