As an Emergency Manager - What section of our National Infrastructure do you fear is losing the most?

Introduction - National infrastructure is anything and everything that is most critical for its people, it generally contains facilities like people, network, information and multiple others on which decides the proper working of country. Every countries has their own preferences when considering the national infrastructure but also there are certain names which stays common on everyone counting like for E.g. UK has a total of 13 critical national infrastructures like Government, Chemicals, Emergency Services, Energy, Finance, Food, Health, Defence Transport, Space, Civil Nuclear Communications and Water. Similarly India and US has their own counting’s and several other countries.

As an emergency manager I would consider Government as the most crucial and fear to loose, the reason is obvious as I believe a central regulating body is necessary to hold every other aspect and safeguards their proper working. Just like human brain control the entire body a government plays the similar responsibility.
