It is indeed true that time in each day is limited and the onus is on us to make the most of the day. There are some people who efficiently are able to use time minute by minute by taking note of even the minor activities where they are losing time. While there are also other who keep slacking all day and complain about not getting enough time for the things they want to do. Here are some tips to help us to manage time in a better way.
The first and the most effective way is fix a sleep schedule and following it religiously. If we start our day early, there is a much less chance that we are going to waste time in the initial phase of the day. Also, try to complete the most important tasks at the beginning of the day.
Keeping a note of the different activities you are using your time in also helps. This can often lead to surprising realizations where some people get to know that they are using half of their time surfing internet on the phone. When there are realizations like that, there is also a strong desire to change them for the good.
