Culture and their impact on interactions could be referred to as a challenging concept since individuals would be differing from from their values and behaviours would be differing along with a difference in the background of people. As a result of differences in the culture as well as behaviors, there would be differences in the perception of people. These perceptions that have been created would be resulting in a difference in choices or decisions. This in turn would be leaving long lasting impressions, which in turn may be harmful for the society as a whole.

While understanding interactions and the manner in which culture shapes these interactions, is important so as to understand the diff rof nr perspectives and interpretations. These characteristics include the means in which there would be punishment as well as reward interpretations. Depending on the culture, there owukd be differences in earning a living, food and art traditions, social roles as well as the attitude toward religions.

Also, there may be presence of sub cultures in a group, along with imposition of some or the other forms of distinctions. There would be differences in diet of people, along with differences in the spoken language or the manner in which the norms would be prevailing in the society. There maybe Differences in the behaviors being considered as acceptable. In some cultures men and women interacting would not be considered as inappropriate whereas, in some other cultures it may be considered as inappropriate.
