1. Critical analysis - Rigorous analysis of their culture's classification sets the fundamental traits. It provides paradise to explore the culture in the process to learn and enrich.

2. Respect for other - Good teachers not only learn from, but they also learn about the students, their culture, language for the shake of good interacting in order to facilitate good learning.

3. Accommodation for the individual learners - Ever learner has its unique and different culture. They have different experiences about learning, education, culture, and values. Hence they required a unique way to deal with.

4. Communication Skill - Intellectual communication skill is always meant to enhance learning. Effective communication eases learning and critical thinking.

5. Structured Environment - Environment always affects the process of learning. Hence to provide a basic and healthy environment based on equality, justice, honesty, and free from prejudice and segregation, is one of the most important thinks for educators.
