E-commerce or electronic commerce means the buying and selling of the goods through the platform of the internet. That's why it is also known as electronic commerce or the internet commerce. This has achieved a great platform in the minds of people and the thing which has got universal acceptance, even in the developing nations. Usually the platform plays a significant role in between the customer and the business (eg: company).

It is already mentioned that it has attained a hefty acquiescence of the e-commerce platform especially in the recent years, the problem on the other side is that it has created many instances in which either the customer or the company had been cheated, so to ensure the decency there must lay some rules and regulations to control to such platforms.

It is clear that a variety of actions are possible through the e-commerce, and also it makes a risk to these platform, because the means of conducting mal practices, scam and other fraud activities is also possible at very elevated in number.
