The following letter has been issued by the CEO of Pharma One Company to confirm accepting your business proposal that has been sent by your company on October 1st, 2015.

Over the years, Our Company “Pharma One” had established its reputation as being one of the leading Pharmaceutical Companies in Egypt and the Middle East. We are principally engaged in the development, production and sale of drugs licensed for use as medications. We deal in generic and/or brand medications. They are subject to a variety of laws and regulations regarding the patenting, testing and marketing of drugs. The main aim of the company is to develop research and distribute drugs in order to provide health care for the people in the society. The Company distributes its products in Egypt and the Middle East.

HR today has the capabilities to be that strategic partner to business whether it’s in employee resourcing, employee development, employee rewards and compensation and employee relations; all of those functional areas have the opportunity to really help the business achieve its strategic objective.
Based on your business proposal that was sent on October 1st, 2016, which stressed on introducing new models and innovative HR practices in a methodical manner that can help moving from an old to a new business environment, Pharma One is confirming the following:
At this phase of the project, we require:
a) Developing a competency framework for 2 managerial levels (Senior Management and Middle Management).
Pharam one should create roles , major responsibilities, measurable yardsticks and behavioral expectations from each of its people through rigorous planning and research studies. We shall briefly highlight the important actions to be taken by management of Pharama one to each of the given position of people.
Top management:
Each members of this management level should have atleast or minimum 10 years of experience to our business itself.
An overall 20 to 25 years of experience with specialized people in management, laws, economics , philosophy and other multidisciplinary subjects of study should be considered for top notch profiles.
People should have strategic orientation to frame the business policies and clarification on vision and mission development.
Individuals working at this level will be supposed to bring strategic business opportunities in a faster and dynamic business world.
People should have to analyze the business environment and its possible impact on business growth and development.
Middle management:
Managers at this level should be asked to follow the instructions of top management to achieve sophisticated business outcomes with coordination to shop floor or operational managers.
A minimum five to ten years of experience may be required to work to this level of management. People having business administration and marketing backgrounds will be given preferences.
A manager working in sales department should have an annual target of $ 1,00, 000 sales turnover.
Regular performance feedback should have to be submitted to one of the top level officials or managers.
They should bring positive factors at workplace to motivate their subordinates .
