Please comment on the statement.
When it comes to globalization, outsourcing to companies in different countries take away jobs from people in the United States. I understand why it done which, is to keep cost low. However, I do not agree with it. I currently work in customer service in a call center and I get the question all the time of people asking where am I located? Consumers like to hear that they are speaking to someone in the United States. But, on the flip side if prices had to increase to keep everything sourced in the United States I don’t think they would like that. What do you think?

The Outsourcing companies give the brand from a bigger economy the scope to have low-cost labor and infrastructure to produce goods and outsource services. However, due to the changing global dynamics, US consumers have lost faith in outsources service in the US. This has been due to the mismanagement of the data and the faiths of the people were broken in this. However to revamp the serviced outsourcing the data security and the issue specification have to be better and well monitored. The consumer’s knowledge and standard operation process details have to be given with one fixed number so that the consumer can call in without registering their number, Again with the growth of technology, the apps way of communication can be adopted by the business which would keep its cost low. The sourcing in the US would be like that to keep its business has the vest value with consumer’s trust. However, the specific cases where the calls are needed can be outsourced with the best of consumer protection guidelines on both sides.
