The American justice system is facing some serious challenge for many decades, here we will find some plan of action to modify the system in positive ways.

- Make the Victim’s code and witness charter part of normal business for everyone in the CJS.

- Provide more joined-up responses for victims and witnesses from criminal justice system partners.

- Improve the services to provide to support victims and witnesses.

- Support victims and witnesses in the criminal justice system and make fair and respectful treatment of victims and witnesses.

- Support police to become digital and high-tech and deliver a common platform for the digital management of case information across the system.

- Make sure the right people are dealing with the right type of cases and the right offenders.

- Transform summary justice so that the cases take less time to resolve and improve court effectiveness to get earlier guilty pleas and more cases going ahead as planned.

- Categorized the cases according to their seriousness and impact on the society.

- Use criminal data system effectively to control criminal activities.

- Careful about human rights and violations and must follow ethics of CJS.

For this discussion, I chose option two again to determine what the population proportion is for those who own an Xbox One compared to a PlayStation 4 or PC. Suppose I interview 400 people at a gaming convention, say PAX East, and asked them which game system they preferred. After I was done interviewing these people, I concluded that 160 people owned an Xbox One, while the other 240 people owned either the PlayStation 4 or a PC. I have...
