Actually some companies got famous only due to one item which became a brand and people starting feel that this brand or item increase their personality such brand which make the world feel different are "Apple" , " pepsico" and "Microsoft".
Among above three first two brands starting to use famous business strategy "pull strategy" and starting to make few products according to need and requirement of people. And honestly speaking these brands will dominate the world in next many decades.
But the third brand microsoft has change the world altogether. It will surely bereplced with some other technology in next few decades but honestly speaking till yet microsoft is the best of bests.

Internet is helpful for the companies mentioned above in their own way. For instance, ITunes had led the company to grow to the various parts of the world through the internet. Similarly, Disney has utilized internet in selling the online tickets for its movies, theme parks, hotels etc. and grab the attention of the various customers. There is nothing to say about the Google as this is the first name that comes to the mind on the intemet. There would be nothing without Google, though few search engines available on the intemet. These companies should utilize the internet to reach to the maximum customers by conducting surveys and getting the feedbacks from their customers.
