If government fails to establish high ethical standards in its situation, it may lead to an unfortunate situation where unethical conduct of public employees and public office barriers becomes the order of the day. Identify and discuss some of the manifestination of unethical conduct.

poor, dishonest management of public affairs and corruption (immoral acts) are some of the most notable manifestations of unethical conduct.

Below mentioned are some of the unethical conduct

· Bribery, graft, patronage, nepotism and influence peddling

· Usage of non-approval cost of expense.

· Conflict of interest, including activities such as making financial

  • Using the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to target groups that you do not like by auditing those groups or refusing to give them tax exempt status.

· Favouring relatives and friends in awarding contracts or arranging loans and subsidies

  • Obtaining private tax information about your political opponents from the Internal Revenue Service and using that information in a campaign.
  • Knowingly telling lies about your own political position to the higher authority
  • Accepting excess campaign contributions that violate campaign finance laws.

Cyberslackers. Cyberloafers. Should not be engaged in the organization. Company internet Policies should be followed compulsory.

4. Employee Theft.

Should not do any manipulation in expense reimbursements, employee theft is a crime and unethical.

5. Misuse of company time is unethical.

Company Times should be engaged with the company allocations and task,should not be used for the personal works..

Every organization/Government have the code of conduct ,we need to follow all the rules & regulations in the code of conduct compulsory.
