Expert Solution

The 3 main issues surrounding this question and a logical explanation to the solution are as follows:

  1. Mission Statement - A mission statement highlights the ultimate aim of the organisation. It states the targets which it seeks to achieve and the ideologies that it believes in. A mission statement is an integral part of a large organisation because it helps employees to understand and come in sync with the organisation's expectations. In a small organisation such as this, a mission statement is not especially integral but it is always beneficial to have one in place if one is planning to expand.
  2. Budget - A budget is extremely important irrespective of the size of the organisation. This is because the budget seeks to objectively define the exact nature of expenses as much as possible and utilize the available capital for these expenses. Thus, a budget is a must.
  3. Strategic Plan - A strategic plan shows the exact path to follow to achieve the goals that have been described in the mission statement. Thus, the strategic plan is a carefully planned document that seeks to understand and possibly quantify the risks in hand. Thus, it is quite a necessary part of the planning process and must be prepared to ensure that the clinic thrives.
