Hardware Components:

1. Good Personal Computer.

CPU: It is recommended to work with Intel Core i5-4670 PC or AMD equivalent will also be acceptable.
Memory: Preferred one is 8GB DDR and SDRAM.
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium is best choice.

2. A Good Microphone is Essential.

Codes: Preferred one is H.264 (x264)
Codec: AAC-LC. Mono or Stereo.
Suitable Bitrate: For maximum compatibility you need to follow a bitrate setting of 96Kbps.
Maximum supported or recommended Audio Bit Rate: 160 Kbps (AAC)
Sampling Frequency Setting: any (AAC)

3. A good Webcam is required.

4. Good internet connection is necessary.

Streamlabs OBS

Wirecast

But i personally suggest you to use Streamlabs OBS as it is very user friendly and you can learn it very easily as there are many tutorials available on youtube.

Resolution of TV:

Typically, the more pixels there are, the better and clearer the image will appear.

Full HD or 1080p has a resolution of 1920x1080 which will put a good picture at great price.
If you want the best and you can afford it go for 4k or Ultra HD tv's which has 3840×2160 resolution.
